In P.L.P.C. we undersand sanitation as something more than the lack of illness. We
understand it as a state of physicial, mental and social welfare.
We want our health system to be public, universal and of guaranteed quality.
We pronounce ourselves in defence of the SNS (Sistema nacional de salut/ Nacional health service), and we consider that his primary objecitve is to guarantee the constitutional right of the people of the protection of their health without any kind of discrimination. And not only in the reparative side but in prevention an promotion of health.
We defend a complete public system, without “hybrids” (co-pay etc.). And without privated health insurances, as we understand that health care is not merchandise but a right.
To achieve this we propose:
-To increase the financing of the health service in two points
-To increase the coberture of our health system to include optical, ortopedial and buco-dental health.
-To take measures in order to make rational use of the medicines
-To integrate the insurances of goverment employers, military and justice in the general
health system
-We reject the co-pay system
-To universalize the sanity as a no-contributibe delivery and a citizen right
-To create a committee of weird illness in order to no excludes anyone from the health

Culture
From PLPC, think that the culture is one of the basic props for the development and growth
of a country. We believe that we are in the obligation to value many Catalan traditions which we enjoy; it is because of it that our principal aim will be to preserve any form of Catalan art.
We will promote all the parties and traditions like the “castellers” , “correfocs ”, “els diables” “els gegants”, “ capgrossos” , etc., to bring them over to quite types of public and to demonstrate our feeling of union by means of these so own traditions of our land.
On the other hand, our government also promises to promote all kinds of theatrical representations, artistic exhibitions, concerts, publications and quite of forms of artistic manifestations of the authors of our country. We have a history full of Catalan artists of great renown who have turned into persons recognized with big honors and reputation into the whole world. This way so, we will fight to give the prestige and the recognition that they deserve, to the
way that we will encourage and support new generations of Catalan artists with discounts for the students of some artistic doctrine who wants to visit an exhibition, to be present at a concert, a theatrical representation or something in this direction.
Finally, we try to motivate the young persons with desire and delivery towards about the
world of the arts and the creation by means of scholarships and helps in his studies to be able to create, in a future, a promising and pioneering nation in creativity, which will help us to be recognized internationally as a great nation of long own tradition.

Socials Minorities
Minorities will have all the rights.
Catalonia won't discriminate in any way to any group, regardless of nationality, sex, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation or religion.
In addition, we will combat discrimination in all of its forms and encourage the integration through programs that will involve the whole society.
In the same way, we will create programs for integrating disabled, to ensure their inclusion in society.
We are going to adapt all the infrastructure so they can freely access everywhere. In addition, we will encourage hiring people with disabilities through awareness seminars for employers.

Immigration
We know that is not a new phenomenon but has accelerated in the process of global integration.
We think that everybody have the right to try to live better.
The presence of immigrants the presence of immigrants makes us consider the need to adapt to our system (a new reality that is configured differently).
We propose the development of a plan for immigration and social integration for the special case of Catalonia in order to take the best mesures to the needs of these new citizens.
All immigrants become citizens of Catalonia when they are registered, if they wish to vote need not be nationalized. If they live here they should have the same right as any other person to decide what will be their rulers.
All immigrants have the same rights and duties that all Catalans.
we want to create groups in which migrants already settled and integrated into Catalan society to oversee new immigrants and help them take a place in society.
We understand that the Catalan language should be the language that serves to integrate
immigrants and not the Spanish because we believe that this will produce a situation of disadvantage among immigrants from Latin America and immigrats of other parts of the world.

Energy and environment
We want to live in a cleaner world, we want to encourage the production of clean energy and promote recycling.
We want that clean energy will be majority in our country and we don't want that to rely on other energy sources from other countries.
In the case of pollution caused by an manufacturing activity, the fines will be made in proportion to the benefits of each company (25% of total capital).
We will expand protected areas, reintroduce native species in rivers and streams.
We will be a big investment to eradicate the foreigners species that are killing indigenous species . there will be more difficult to build neighbourhoods in forest areas.
The neighborhood that already exist will be conditioned because their impact on the environment will be the least possible (renewable energy, recycling water) the access areas and one perimeter of 200 meters around the buildings will be cleaned to prevent fires.
Recycling is one of our main struggles.

Labor and business
Labor market regulation will be agreed between employers, unions and the state. We want the employers go gradually losing weight and that the employer is replaced by the state through different departments specializing in every economic sector.
In the case of small companies, whose production volume is less than 50.000E per year, workers will become the regulators of the operation of production, workers can get help from the government to regulate and manage the company.
Everyone who works must be registered with the social security of economic sanctions, which consist of double what it cost to make.

External Relations
We want a Catalan state integrated into the European Union. All citizens will enjoy freedom of movement in Catalonia to leave and go to Catalonia and the entry and exit of goods (declared as legal) will be free.
The rates of customs will be marked by the EU. Capital transactions will be regulated by the state from a minimum amount (yet to be determined).
Catalonia is going to help financial institutions as all organisms and all people committed to: the environment, peace, freedom of expression, not torture and improving the living conditions of cough beings humans.
Catalonia will not send military help to intervene in other countries.
We want to encourage foreign countries to sell to minimize the "need" that the Catalan economy has to sell in Spain and boycotts that this does not affect our economy.

Catalonia and Spain
We want Catalan people to have the freedom to choose (by a ballot question) it's territorial, economic and social devolopment contribution within Spain.
From PLPC we are going to fight to make the catalan people know the economic, social and cultural reality that Catalonia is living under Spain's domination.
This is causing us to impoverish and this lies in catalan people, who are suffering economic cuts and poorer services.
We want to follow a democratic path and that's why we want the law and the catalan government to ask the catalan people wether or not they want Catalonia to continue being a part of Spain.
We can not allow state laws to limit our authority, because we can not manage our infrastructure and we suffer a loss of welfare levels, that our language and our culture is trampled. That's why we ask for independence.

The religions:
We will work to reduce the importance of the Catholic Church in our society.
Religious institutions will be replaced by public social care institutions.
The religious community will not be subsidized. We will suspend the budget devoted to the clergy and the Catholic Church.
Churches, synagogues, mosques and other temples must pass the same procedures if they were built.
The care and maintenance of the art pieces either inside and outside the churches, will be managed by the government, which promises to catalog and restore them and do not took them away from their original placement . In case of movement ask citizens via referendum whether they agree or not with this action.
